Seen in summer
Frequently asked questions:
What is Seen in Summer?
Seen in Summer is a portrait & storytelling series capturing you in this season of your life through honest, cinematic images.
Who is this for?
For individuals, couples, creatives, chosen kin, and anyone wanting to mark this season with intentional imagery — no “special occasion” needed.
Where do sessions take place?
All sessions take place at one location in the Charlotte area. We’ll choose a space that feels aligned with your vision, energy, and comfort.
What should I wear?
Wear something you feel comfortable and yourself in. Neutrals, colors you love, or a favorite summer piece all photograph beautifully. If you need guidance, I can help you plan.
Can I bring a friend or pet?
Yes! You can bring a loved one, friend, or pet to your session if you wish — just let me know ahead of time so I can plan accordingly.
How do I book?
Bookings are open for July, August, and will open up soon for September. Head to the link in my bio to reserve your Seen in Summer session.
Payment & Rescheduling
Payment is due at booking to hold your spot. If you need to reschedule due to weather or an emergency, we’ll find the next available date that works for you.
What are the tiers again?
A Moment (30 min) – accessible mini session; 12 edited digital images
A Chapter (1 hr) – expanded, easeful session; 25 edited digital images
A Story (1.5 hr) – immersive storytelling session; 40+ edited digital images
Do you offer payment plans or sliding scale?
I want Seen in Summer to be as welcoming and accessible as possible, so I offer a limited number of sliding scale spots each month for anyone who would love to participate but needs financial flexibility.
These spots are prioritized for queer folks, BIPOC, and anyone who feels called to be part of this project but might not have the budget for a full session right now.
If you’re interested in a sliding scale session, just send me an email or DM (@kndmedia_). No need to over-explain — we’ll find something that feels good for both of us :)
